My husband and I came across Michael and his team at Fidelis Property Group by chance on Realtor.com, and we could not be happier with our good fortune! Amazing experience! Bethany helped us buy our first home in Alexandria in 2015, then Helped us sell it in 2020. Both experiences were incredible; the house she sold for us was under contract in 3 days. Her expertise, knowledge, and overall work ethic was phenomenal. I have bought and sold multiple houses over the years and always interview at least 3 or 4 agents even if they have been recommended by a friend. So, when my son, who returned from his overseas tour and was looking to buy a home in the DC area, decided on one of three recommended realtors after meeting only ONE of them, I was surprised. Generally he is very thorough in everything he does. I was concerned to say the least.
