RealTrends + Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals, honors America’s finest real estate agents and teams from all across the country. The award is given to the top 1% real estate associates of more than 1.6 million licensed Realtors® nationwide. Fidelis Property Group ranked as one of the best Small Teams (2-5 agents) in Virginia and throughout the United States.
Washingtonian magazine’s “Top Producers” are recognized as the highest performing real estate agents and real estate teams in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Fidelis Property Group is consistently honored as an “Elite Producer,” a real estate team who produced among the highest sales volumes in the region. The criteria is often raised so that the process remains highly selective, and in 2022, teams of three to five agents had to produce a minimum of 33 million dollars to qualify.

Fidelis Property Group agents are consistently recognized in the prestigious NVAR Top Producer’s Club directory. The highest honor of Platinum Producer is awarded to Northern Virginia real estate agents who exceeded 7 million dollars in sales volume in the previous calendar year.
