South Arlington

Though not differentiated in the census, South Arlington came to be known as such through its distinctively different character from North Arlington. In 2019, South Arlington was named the new home of Amazon’s east coast headquarters (known as HQ2) and development has already begun on its National Landing location. More affordable homes and an easy driving commute to Washington DC make this an ever more popular location for residents.
